- We will implement necessary and appropriate information security measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, loss, or leakage of personal information.
- When collecting and holding personal information, we will identify the purpose of use as much as possible and collect and retain it within the necessary range.
- When making a reservation or reminder, we will not disclose the name of the material to anyone other than the person. However, inquiries from parents of children and infants under elementary school age are exceptions.
- SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted communication is introduced on the screen where users themselves apply for reservation, check the usage status, check the reservation status, etc. via the Internet.
About the use of personal information
- At the library, photos may be taken at the time of events and events. The photos will be used for publicity such as printed materials and websites. When using it, we will use it in consideration so that an individual cannot be identified, except when the person understands it.
